What is a verified review?
When a yacht charter review is marked "Verified", it means that the customer who wrote the review has been verified by the reviewed yacht charter company. This label can only be applied by the yacht charter company or agency if they can verify the yacht was chartered by this customer. Customers reading a "Verified" review can use this information to help to decide which reviews are most helpful in their booking decisions.
If a review is not marked "Verified, it doesn't mean that the reviewer has no experience with the company – it just means that the company didn't verify the customer. The YachtAdviser Verified Review label offers one more way to help gauge the quality and relevance of a yacht charter review.
